1x Enamel Thames Conservancy boat registration plaque

A Thames boat registration enamel plaque, made in an oval shape with bold black typography on a white ground.
 
Produced for vessels in operation from 1911 - 1943, the Thames Conservancy granted the license to be 'available until 31st December'.

Approximate dimensions:
10.6cm- 11cm tall
7.5cm- 8cm wide
 
Condition:
Signs of wear, rust and chipping to the enamel. The reverse of the plaques bear some rusty wear, but this does not detract.
