A very rare mid 20th Century sign depicting the cuts of beef and their use in cooking.
With a grid portrait of a cow, surrounded by pictorials of all of the cuts and correlating tables of uses, this sign was produced by the Argentine National Meat board offices: Bush House, London W.C.2.

Printed laminated tin mounted to card.

Some light scratching and marks commensurate with age, mostly along the top typography and down the left side of the sign. Light rusting marks around the edge and to reverse of tin where it is folded over the card mount.
