The top left corner has been replaced and restored, along with some touch out in places around the edge of the sign. The body of the sign is in generally very good condition, with some small areas of restoration and touch out in places. There are some light surface scratches and one or two tiny dings and marks, but generally the majority of the sign is original and in very good condition.
