An early bank of polished solid cedar apothecary drawers. Late 19th/early 20th century.
In lovely original condition, with hand cut dovetails, matching turned knobs and roughly hewn backboards. Arranged as five small drawers over four in a nicely figured cabinet.
870mm wide (34-1/4")
350mm tall (13-3/8")
242mm deep (9-1/2")
Relatively little woodworm, they seem to have attacked just one particular drawer, which is still structurally sound but rather chewed. A few small light marks here and there commensurate with age, lightly cleaned and waxed.
