An Edwardian White Ironstone pottery milk pail.

Black Transfer printed pictorial scene of a shepherd and his dog driving his flock through a quaint english village. With cattle grazing by the river, chickens pecking at the track, a windmill across the river and PURE MILK lettering below. 

A very rare, large milk pail with the belted makers stamp on the base:

Significant professional restoration to rim. The darker area on the pictures of the inside is original fat staining, the area next to it which is whiter is the restored area.

Some other minor nibble restoration and small firing marks but a very scarce pail. For a full restoration & condition report please enquire.
