A rare mid century Marmite advertising showcard - 'For flavour and goodness'.
Colourful and detailed with lovely realism artistry, the pictorial shows a steaming tureen of stew and a gravy boat, which are accompanied by a jar of Marmite yeast extract that "Enriches all soups, stews and gravies".
The bottom right corner shows the registration date mark for 1957, with the reverse labelled with the printers details:
'Designed and printed by Sir Joseph Causton and Sons limited, London and Eastleigh'.
8-1/8" x 5-1/8"
Very good original 'new-old stock' condition with minimal wear. Ever so slight crease line on the top right corner, and a small bump in the middle of the bottom edge, otherwise perfect. The folding card stand on the back appears to have never been used.
