Created by Leo Bonaserra, an Italian potter who worked in England from the early 1960's. Known for his imaginative, off-beat pottery, he founded a studio in Kensington church street, London in 1961. In the late 1970s he moved to Rye, Sussex, and rented space from David Sharp at The Mint.
